I have a National Senior Certificate with a 90% average for my subjects in high school. That is an AP score of 42 for the six subjects, all above 80%. I received my 168hours Level 5 online TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course certification. I would enjoy applying the skills I learned by teaching it to students. I have tutored Mathematics before at an institute called Master Maths in Stellenbosch South Africa. I have a passion for Mathematics and I enjoy teaching others how to use it do that they can also enjoy doing Mathematics and achieving good scores for the subject in school. I studied Chemical Engineering for two years, so my Mathematical knowledge stretches rather far.

Hobbies
I have always believed that it is important to keep a balanced lifestyle; leaving room for academics, culture, sports and social events. Usually academics take charge, but I feel it is important to actively partake in other activities outside academics as well. I exercise daily (from jogging to yoga) to ensure that I am physically healthy. I enjoy singing (I have sung in a choir and in a serenade group before) and playing the piano (I passed my UNISA Grade 6 practical exam and Grade 5 theory exam in school). I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family each week (be it over a cup of coffee or at a get-together).
